Eleanor Kearon

Eleanor Kearon has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Eleanor is currently working at Onfido as the VP, Associate General Counsel, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal at Onfido from March to November 2021 and as the Legal Director from September 2020 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Legal Counsel at Onfido from January to September 2020.

Before joining Onfido, Eleanor worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at Fujitsu Global from October 2017 to November 2019. Eleanor also held the position of Legal Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 2015 to August 2017.

Eleanor gained valuable experience as a Corporate Solicitor at McCann FitzGerald from June 2012 to March 2015. Eleanor'sresponsibilities included advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory and general commercial matters. During this time, they drafted and negotiated commercial contracts, provided ongoing advice on compliance with company law and European legislation, and managed legal due diligence projects.

Additionally, Eleanor had a secondment at Diageo as an In-house Legal counsel from October 2010 to April 2011. Eleanor started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at McCann FitzGerald from September 2009 to June 2012.

Prior to their legal career, Eleanor briefly worked as a Cancer Network Administrator at HCA Healthcare from May to September 2009.

Eleanor Kearon attended Trinity College Dublin from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Eleanor also attended the Law Society of Ireland for a period of time, although the duration and specific degree or field of study are unknown.
