OLC Institute Faculty at Online Learning Consortium

Olena (Lena) Zhadko, PhD, serves as the Senior Director of the Center for Teaching & Learning at Lehman College since July 2016, also holding the role of Director of Online Education in the Office of Academic Programs & Educational Effectiveness. Concurrently, Lena Zhadko contributes as faculty at the OLC Institute for the Online Learning Consortium since March 2018. Prior experience includes positions at the New York Institute of Technology, where responsibilities included Associate Director and Manager of Course Development at the Center for Teaching and Learning from June 2011 to July 2016, and roles at the University of Missouri - St. Louis from August 2005 to May 2011, focusing on learning and educational technology. An educational background includes a PhD in Learning, Teaching and Technology from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, along with Master's and Bachelor’s degrees from the same institution and Nizhyn Gogol State University, respectively, complemented by a certificate in Executive & High Performance Leadership from Cornell University.
