Kimberly Costello, DO, MMM, CPE, FAAP has a diverse work experience in the field of neonatology. Kimberly started their career in 2007 as a Neonatologist at Pediatrix Medical Group / Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center, where they later became the Medical Director of NICU. In 2014, they joined St. Luke's University Health Network as a Neonatologist and eventually became the Director of Neonatology. In 2019, they transitioned to Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc. and held various executive positions, including Executive Director of Team Engagement and Executive Director of Strategic Relationships. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of NICU Operations at Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc. Additionally, in 2020, they took on the role of Vice President of Operations at Neonatal Care Solutions. Dr. Costello has a Master's in Medical Management and is a Certified Physician Executive.

Kimberly Costello, DO, MMM, CPE, FAAP has an extensive education history. Kimberly obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from UC Irvine in 1994. In 2000, they completed their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Costello pursued further specialization in Pediatrics, completing a Pediatrics Residency Program at Penn State University's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center from 2001 to 2004. Kimberly also obtained certifications in General Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) in April 2006. Kimberly continued their medical training with a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Residency Program at Penn State University's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center from 2004 to 2007. In March 2012, they obtained certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine from the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).

In addition to their medical education, Dr. Costello pursued advanced management training. Kimberly completed a K30 Certificate in Clinical Research at Penn State University's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 2006. More recently, they earned a Master of Medical Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy between the years 2020 and 2022.

Dr. Costello also holds several certifications in healthcare leadership and administration. Kimberly obtained the Certified Physician Executive (CPE) designation from the American Association for Physician Leadership™ in 2017. In 2013, they earned the Certified Medical Leader certification from Pediatrix Medical Group. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to excellence in healthcare management and leadership.
