Meghan Lazier

Meghan Lazier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Meghan currently works as a Senior UX Researcher at Ontada since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Teaching Team Lead and Teaching Assistant at IDEO U from January 2022 onwards. Meghan also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art starting from September 2020.

In August 2022, Meghan joined Humana as a Service Design Lead, where they were responsible for designing and testing new patient experiences. Previously, they worked as a Fulbright Scholar at the Estonian Academy of Arts from January to July 2022. From November 2020 to January 2022, they held the position of Product Discovery & Design Lead at AstraZeneca.

Meghan is a co-founder and partner at Studio Jayne, a design and innovation studio focused on projects related to gender-based violence, reproductive rights, and sex trafficking. Meghan also contributed to the development of a digital game called "Likely Story" which highlights how traffickers exploit romantic relationships for sex trafficking.

Before that, they worked as a Design Research Lead at Capital One from February to October 2020, and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore from January 2018 to May 2020. Meghan's career also includes roles as a UX/UI Designer at the Federal Reserve Board, and they were detailed to the Service Design Team at CFPB during 2019.

Meghan Lazier holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Eureka College, where they pursued a B.A. in Communication, Sociology, and Photography.
