Emily O'Donohue

Emily O'Donohue has extensive work experience in the legal field, specializing in derivatives. Emily began their career in 2008 as an Associate at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as a Director & Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on derivatives. Over time, they advanced within the company, taking on roles such as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel. Alongside their primary roles, Emily has also participated in various speaking engagements for organizations such as ISDA, FIA, Inc., and the Ontario Securities Commission, discussing topics related to derivatives and regulatory updates.

Emily O'Donohue attended Western University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained an LL.B. degree in Law.
