Katlyn Gangi, Ph.D

Katlyn Gangi, Ph.D has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Katlyn has worked as a Product Education Manager at Ontraport, where they were responsible for providing education on the company's products and services. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Content Writer at the same company. At the University of Montana, they served as a Visiting Assistant Professor and taught courses in Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication. Katlyn also worked as a Director of Human Resources at ONTRAPORT, where they supported team members through the entire employee lifecycle and was involved in talent acquisition and development. Additionally, they worked as a Ph.D Candidate, Instructor, and Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, focusing on interpersonal communication. Katlyn also gained teaching experience at the University of Montana and conducted research on new media's effects on conflict management. Katlyn Gangi, Ph.D., earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2009. Katlyn then went on to pursue their Master's degree in Communication Studies at the University of Montana from 2009 to 2011. Continuing their academic journey, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Interpersonal Communication at UC Santa Barbara from 2011 to 2017.
