Oomnitza is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations in the Bay Area. In this role, you will lead the Sales Operations team and partner closely with the Sales, GTM, and G&A teams to drive revenue growth and scalability. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and brings a blend of strategic impact while building a strong foundation for operational excellence. This role is key to shaping the success of the sales and customer success organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build a solid data foundation, instrument the business with key metrics, and deliver a reporting/analytics cadence to identify trends and ways to continuously improve productivity and revenue
- Proactively contribute to and help drive Sales and GTM strategy development with leadership
- Deliver the tools, data, and frameworks for effective pipeline management and forecasting
- Partner with sales leadership on driving rigor and consistency in the pipeline management and forecasting process
- Develop and evolve forecasting models to predict bookings
- Work with Sales and Finance in business planning including: sales territory planning, quota setting, compensation plans, headcount planning, budgeting and expense prioritization
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership in preparing board level and executive management presentations
- Establish sales policies, clear deal bookings structure, and compliance guidelines
- Leveraging best practices, build scalable GTM processes and technology stack to support an efficient revenue process.
- Drive cross functional prioritization, alignment, and execution to continuously improve operational and revenue processes
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure an optimized and consistent process from top of the funnel through to Sales
- Build out and own sales enablement program
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Sales / Revenue Operations leadership experience in B2B IT SaaS companies
- Proven experience building and leading global Sales/Revenue Operations teams for technology startups
- Track record of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic startup environment
- Understanding of sales methodologies and processes (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales automation/enablement tools
- Highly analytical with strong google suite / excel / financial modeling skills
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
