Marc Cattle has a long history of experience in production management. Marc began their career in 2010 as a Project Manager and Assistant District Commissioner for the Cardiff East and South Scout District. In 2016, they took on the role of Training Advisor for the Cardiff And the Vale Of Glamorgan Scout Area (CATVOG). Marc also attended Sianti Management Training from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Prince2. In 2017, they attended Knowledge Academy for Lean 6 Sigma. From 2019 to 2020, they attended Inspire London College for a Level 7 Diploma in Operations Management, and in 2020, they attended CTC Training and Development for a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Additionally, they hold certifications in IOSH Managing Safely from IOSH, and Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt from both The Knowledge Academy and an unspecified institution.
