Craig Edmondson

Craig Edmondson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Craig is currently working as the VP Global Rewards at OPEN Health, starting in June 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Asahi Europe & International, including Head of Reward and Global Projects at Asahi UK Ltd from December 2020 to November 2022, and Interim Group Head of Rewards at Asahi International Ltd from June 2020 to December 2020. Craig also has experience as an Independent HR Executive and Independent Consultant, working for Avon and as an Independent Consultant respectively from May 2019 to November 2019. Additionally, they served as an Operating Executive (Head of HR Europe) at Cerberus Capital Management from October 2016 to November 2018. Prior to that, Craig had a long tenure at Mercer, where they held various positions such as Principal in the International Consulting Group, Actuarial & M&A Consultant, and Actuarial Trainee and Consultant.

Craig Edmondson completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics at the University of Nottingham from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Winstanley College from 1991 to 1993, but no specific degree or field of study is provided. Additionally, they hold additional certifications such as the Agile HR Certified Practitioner from the Agile HR Community and the Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, obtained in 2021 and 2002 respectively.
