Martin Blecher has a diverse work experience in various companies. Martin began their career at Siemens as a Business Administrator, where they handled purchase orders, prepared profit and loss statements, and processed international transportation orders. Martin then worked at Apple as a Customer Relation specialist before joining Architonic AG as a Senior Project Manager in HR and Finance. Martin then transitioned to the role of HR Specialist International at Axpo Group, where they coordinated employee life cycle administration, onboarding processes, and performance evaluation. Martin later joined Dufry Group as an HR Specialist before finally becoming the Head of People & Culture at Open Systems, where they are responsible for managing the talent acquisition process and serving as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Martin Blecher has a diverse education history. In 2023, they received a Certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: DEI Strategies for Business Impact from Cambridge Judge Business School. In 2015, they obtained a degree as a Personalfachmann from NBW, Zürich, specializing in Personnel Management/Administration. In the same year, they also completed a course as a Personalassistent at Bénédicte-Schule Zürich, focusing on Personnel Management/Administration. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from the European College of Business Management in London. In 2011, they completed a program in Industriekaufmann from ASET Madrid, Spain. Martin also holds additional certifications, including Mission Control Process Engineer from Open Systems and HR-Fachmann from HRSE Schweiz.
