Donnie Wetzel

Donnie Wetzel has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Donnie'smost recent position is as a Technical Support Specialist at OpenGov Inc., which they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Technician at The ECU Pro from 2022 to 2023, where they repaired and reprogrammed engine control modules for MINI and BMW vehicles.

Before that, Donnie worked as an Independent Contractor from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they were an IT Technician at Gas Field Specialists, where they maintained infrastructure and software platforms and implemented new cloud-based solutions. Donnie also performed server migrations and provided support for client required mobile solutions.

From 2015 to 2017, Donnie worked as an Insulator at Spencer Mechanical Inc. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they were a Designated Client Support Analyst at Nextgen HealthCare, where they provided technical support to electronic health record clients.

Additionally, Donnie has previous experience as a Senior Support Representative at SunGard Availability Services from 2007 to 2010, a Senior Computer Operator at DecisionOne from 2004 to 2007, a Software Tester at NSTL from 2003 to 2004, and a Technical Support Supervisor at Chilitech Internet Solutions from 2002 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Donnie has demonstrated expertise in technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementing new technologies.

Donnie Wetzel attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2000 to 2002 where they obtained an Associate Degree in Programming/Database Management. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Project 2016 Essential Training, Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Change, Project Management Foundations: Schedules, Project Management Foundations: Teams, and Support Center Team Lead certification from HDI in November 2010.
