Anil Nair

Anil Nair has a strong background in process excellence and continuous improvement. Anil held the position of Vice President of Process Excellence at ADESA starting in June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Ingram Micro from 2013 to 2018, where they held various leadership roles including Executive Director of Global Lean, Safety and CSR, and Senior Director of Global Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Career Education Corporation as a Director of Purchasing and Process Excellence. Anil also has experience working at United Airlines as a Master Black Belt and Director of Enterprise Continuous Improvement, as well as at Dant Clayton Corporation and Standard Register in various quality management and process improvement roles. Overall, Anil Nair has extensive experience in driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple industries.

Anil Nair obtained a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut between 1985 and 1989. From 1994 to 1996, they pursued an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
