Dustin Collier

Dustin Collier has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Dustin is currently working as a Senior Agency Success Manager at Openly since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Townley Kenton, Inc as a Senior Risk Advisor in the Commercial Division from October 2022 to July 2023. From January 2020 to October 2022, Dustin worked at State Farm as an Agency Development Center Coach, where they developed, coached, and led State Farm Agent Interns through a 17-week development plan, focusing on entrepreneurial skills, business plan development, and creative marketing plans.

Before that, Dustin was employed at Farmers Insurance. From December 2018 to January 2020, they served as the Southeastern Field Development Leader, where they managed field training needs in multiple states and implemented enterprise-wide initiatives. Additionally, they were an Agency Sales Trainer and Commercial Lines Specialist from April 2016 to January 2020, supporting Farmers agents in Georgia with plans for growth and education. In their role as a Recruiter from August 2015 to April 2016, Dustin helped entrepreneurs realize their dream of owning their own business by providing support and access to industry-leading training.

Prior to Farmers Insurance, Dustin worked at Nationwide Insurance as an Associate Agent specializing in commercial and personal line sales from March 2014 to August 2015. At Allstate, they were a Producer responsible for agency new business growth from May 2013 to February 2014, where they designed prospecting campaigns and educated clients on product options.

Dustin's early experience includes working at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Services professional from November 2012 to May 2013, where they advised individuals and small businesses on financial services, retirement plans, and investment opportunities. Dustin also conducted detailed presentations and provided personalized insurance and financial services options.

Dustin Collier attended Georgia State University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. In addition to their academic education, Dustin has also obtained various certifications, including a Life, Accident and Sickness Insurance License and a Property and Causality Insurance License from Georgia. Dustin has also completed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification and the Series 6 certification from FINRA.
