Mitch Winkel-Davis

Mitch Winkel-Davis has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as the Director of mitchwd.com, a web design and development business. In 2010, they joined Schools Ministry Group as a Pastoral Support Worker, where they met one-on-one with clients and mentored them. In 2013, they became a Boarding House Supervisor at Immanuel College, where they provided 24/7 care to more than 170 culturally-diverse young people living on campus. In 2018, they worked as a Specialist at Apple, providing world-class customer service and support. In 2019, they joined Sine as a Quality Assurance Engineer, performing manual testing over a suite of mobile and web apps. In 2020, they joined Lumary as a Technical Business Analyst and Test Analyst, designing, developing, and launching a brand new product to enter the Autism therapy space in the US market. Finally, in 2022, they joined Operative Intelligence as a Senior QA Engineer & Compliance Manager.

Mitch Winkel-Davis completed a Diploma in Youth Work from Boarding Training Australia in 2018, and prior to that, a Cert IV in Community Services (Student Residential Care) from Boarding Training Australia in 2016-2017.
