Lihi Eitan

Lihi Eitan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lihi started their career in 2004 as a Speech and Language Therapist at Maccabi Health care Services, where they worked until 2015. Following that, they joined the Israeli Ministry of Education as a Science Teacher from 2015 to 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to a new role as an HR Operations Specialist and IL Office Manager at Operative, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of People Experience & HR Operations Lead at the same company since 2022.

Lihi Eitan earned a Bachelor's degree in Audiology/Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Tel Aviv University between 2001 and 2004. Later, they attended Levinsky College of Education from 2014 to 2016.
