Cal Hong is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial management and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Optimas Solutions since December 2020, Cal previously held the role of BU Controller at Syngenta, managing two business units focused on licensing and royalties. Prior experience includes extensive contributions as a BU Controller at Barry Callebaut Group, overseeing significant business units and ensuring operational and financial excellence. Cal’s career began with roles at W.W. Grainger, Unilever, PepsiCo, and Lockheed Martin, where financial analysis and budget management were key responsibilities. Cal holds an MBA in Finance from Iowa State University and a B.A. in International Management from Central College.
