Jonathan Mathews

Jonathan Mathews has over 15 years of experience in product management and strategy. In 2005 they began their career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Jonathan then moved to Hawkpoint in 2006 as an Analyst, where they developed models, systems and processes to improve the team's efficiency. In 2009 they joined Horsley Bridge Partners as an Associate, leading due diligence analysis on 19 Venture Capital and Buyout investment opportunities. In 2012 they became a Product Manager at Causata, where they developed the concept and beta release for an interactive tool allowing marketers to visualise customer journeys across channels. In 2013 they moved to NICE Systems as a Senior Product Manager. In 2014 they took on a consulting role as a Product Manager at Ebury, working on a range of product, marketing, operational and strategy projects. In 2015 they became the Head of Product at QuantumBlack, helping the company scale by leading the implementation of broader operational initiatives, systems and processes to improve efficiency and enable growth. In 2018 they took on the role of Product Manager at Intercom. In 2020 they became Co-Founder at Attentiv. and most recently in 2022 they became the VP Product at OptimoRoute.

Jonathan Mathews attended Imperial College London from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
