Jonathan Chines

Jonathan Chines is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Public Programs at Optum Massachusetts, a position held since July 2024. In this role, Jonathan leads the development of strategic initiatives to enhance Optum's Medicare and Medicaid business lines, focusing on innovative service implementation and external relationship building. Previous experience includes positions at Reliant Medical Group, where Jonathan was the Vice President of Payer and Network Strategy, and at Tufts Health Plan, where roles included Vice President of Network Contracting and Director of Medicare Preferred and Allied Health Contracting. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy in Health Care Policy and Political Advocacy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University.
