Senior Customer Success at Optym

Darshit Gajjar has worked in various roles across different companies. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing Strategy Intern at Vishnu Chemicals for two months. In 2019, they served as a Manager - Sales & Strategy at Waaree Group from April to October. In 2020, they joined LeadSquared in a Sales & Accounts role, and their employment ended in March 2021. From July 2021 to May 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Cartesian Consulting. Currently, since July 2022, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success at Optym.

Darshit Gajjar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Indus Institute of Technology & Engineering from 2009 to 2013. Darshit also completed their Higher Secondary education from GLS MK in 2007 and their schooling from ST. Kabir from 2001 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Darshit Gajjar has obtained several certifications. Darshit received a Digital Marketing Specialist certification from Simplilearn in May 2021. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in Mastering Social Media, Mobile Marketing and Digital Strategy from Simplilearn. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Mastering SEO, Content Marketing, PPC and Digital Analytics from Simplilearn. In July 2020, they received a certification in Social Media Marketing from Udemy. In the same month, they also obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google. Furthermore, in June 2018, they acquired a certification in Google Adwords from Google.
