Lizzie started their career as a Telephone Account Executive at Diageo, where they managed accounts for numerous establishments. Lizzie then worked at Adecco in London, first as a Recruitment Consultant and Temps Manager, and later as a Branch Manager. Lizzie then joined Ritz Recruitment as a Branch Manager before moving to Kinexus Australia as a Senior/Principal Consultant for Kinetic Recruitment. Lizzie continued their career at Sniper Solutions Pty Ltd as a Senior Consultant, responsible for developing and maintaining a Business & Engineering Support division. Lizzie then worked at Denovo Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant, focusing on Sales and Marketing recruitment in the medical and healthcare sectors. Lizzie later joined MTC Australia as a Branch Manager, overseeing a range of services including recruitment, job services, and training.
