Lucas Lavielle

Lucas Lavielle has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and business development. Lucas started their career as a Business Development Representative in two start-ups, Barter Business and Gestes Gagnants. Lucas then worked as a Recruitment Intern at Randstad, where they focused on placing temporary workers and improving client loyalty. After that, Lucas gained further recruitment experience as a Recruitment Intern at Altran, where they sourced and interviewed candidates for various profiles. Lucas then joined Frank Recruitment Group, where they held multiple roles including Tech & Product Recruitment Manager, Principal Tech Recruiter, and Senior Tech Recruiter. Lucas also worked as a Tech & Product Business Manager at Frank Recruitment Group. Most recently, Lucas served as a Recruitment Manager at Mason Frank International. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director, France at Opus Talent Solutions.

Lucas Lavielle started their education at the University of Cincinnati in 2017, where they participated in a student exchange program focusing on International Management. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they attended IAE Bordeaux for their second year of Master's degree in International Management. In 2015 to 2016, they completed their first year of Master's degree in Commercial Business Development at IAE Bordeaux. Lucas Lavielle began their academic journey at Université de Bordeaux, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from 2012 to 2015.
