Don Fuchs

Don Fuchs is the SVP of Business Development at Opus 2. Don has held this position since September 2020.

Previously, Don was the Vice President of Sales North America at HighQ from August 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for rebuilding the North America HighQ sales team and strategy, and scaling it to achieve the company's aggressive growth goals. Don was also a member of the management team making the presentations to prospective bidders during the sales process for HighQ, which ultimately resulted in the successful sale to Thomson Reuters.

Before their time at HighQ, Don was the co-founder and Chief Sales and Strategy Officer at Legal Anywhere from October 2003 to July 2018. During their time there, they developed the product and go-to-market strategy. Don was responsible for product strategy, marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and operations. Under their leadership, Legal Anywhere became the market leader in North America. The company successfully sold into large global law firms as well as mid-market law firms on their journey to market leadership. Don built a solid team and strategy which resulted in superb investment results for shareholders. In 2018, shareholders elected to sell the company, at which time Don participated in and managed the sell-side M&A process, eventually resulting in a successful transaction with HighQ, their largest competitor.

Don Fuchs has an MBA from Willamette University, a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Linfield College.
