Atul Mahajan

Atul Mahajan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Oracle, focusing on Development and Engineering Legal since March 2016. Previously, Atul held the position of Counsel - Manager, Legal Services and Co-Founder at Elevate Services, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements and researching legal issues related to patent and intellectual property law. Atul's legal career also includes internships at NetApp, Lab126, eBay, Sun Microsystems, and a role as a Legal Research Assistant at the University of Denver. Prior to transitioning into law, Atul worked as an RF Engineer II at T-Mobile. Atul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
