Nayra Cruz

Nayra Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nayra currently works at Orbia as a Senior Product Designer with a focus on Design System. Prior to this, they worked at Jusbrasil as a Specialist/Staff Product Designer. Before that, they worked remotely at IM+ under XP Inc as a Senior Product Designer, where they were involved in the merger of Infomoney and Fliper. Nayra also has experience as a UI/UX Designer and Web Developer, working on projects for companies such as SONDA and Câmara dos Deputados. Additionally, they have worked as a Web Designer and Web Developer for CNM, as well as an IT Intern at the Ministério do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão. Throughout their career, Nayra has gained expertise in design systems, design operations, user experience, front-end development, and accessibility.

Nayra Cruz's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Faculdade de Tecnologia Senac DF and earned a degree in Gestão de TI with a field of study in Tecnologia da Informação. Nayra completed this program in 2014.

In 2023, Nayra Cruz enrolled at Centro Universitário de Tecnologia de Curitiba - UNIFATEC for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program focused on UX Research, Research Operations, and Design Leadership. Nayra completed this program in 2024.

Additionally, Nayra Cruz has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include a Design System Specialist certification from Meiuca, received in an unspecified year. In 2020, they earned the Mega Hack Women - Desafio Vitall + Unimed Fesp certification from Shawee and participated in the Mega Hack 3ª Edição - Desafio ÁRVORE EDUCAÇÃO event, also organized by Shawee. In 2018, they participated in the 1º Hackathon de UX e Negócios hosted by Leandro Rezende. Nayra also participated in various events and conferences, such as the Joomla! Day Brasil 2010 and 2011, the Flisol DF 2017, the Startup Weekend Brasília 2016, and the DevFest Cerrado 2016.
