Nichole Junio, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Nichole currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Orbital Infrastructure Group. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Harlan County Health Center and worked in the Human Resources department at Magna International. In addition, Nichole has experience as the Human Resources Director at both Community Healthcare and Homeless Ministry and Natural Balance Pet Foods Inc. Nichole also worked as a Human Resources Director at Precept, where they were responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Nichole began their career as a Temporary HR Generalist at Tuttle-Click Automotive and later worked as an HR/Operations Administrator at National Ventures, Inc. Throughout their career, Nichole has demonstrated a commitment to improving employee wellness, developing comprehensive benefit solutions, and delivering organizational savings.

Nichole Junio, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at Western Governors University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business - Human Resources Management. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM in January 2016, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in January 2013.
