(also managing international accounts from the UK, NZ and others) in present I focus on the hotel and accommodation sector, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic customers, and ensuring their requirements are met by our products and services. I have over two years of experience in this role, and over four years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, transforming customer engagement from a reactive to a proactive mindset.
