Kevin Vogelsberg

Kevin Vogelsberg has a diverse background in various industries. Kevin currently holds the position of Project Manager in Commercial Real Estate at Orenda, Inc, where they oversee negotiations, acquisition of sites, and collaboration with attorneys and financing partners. Prior to this, they worked at NYC Citywide Administrative Services as a Transaction Specialist, negotiating commercial leases and licenses on behalf of the city. Kevin also worked at OnPoint Capital, LLC as a Junior Account Executive, assisting with sales transactions and finance-related tasks. In addition, they have experience in customer service, facility management, construction coordination, and event management. Kevin's work experience showcases their expertise in real estate, finance, and project management.

Kevin Vogelsberg attended Holy Trinity Diocesan High School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation. Kevin then went on to study at Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Currently, Kevin is pursuing a Master of Science (MSRE) degree in Real Estate at Fordham University, starting from 2021.
