Martha Alfonzo

Martha Alfonzo is an experienced human resources professional with a significant background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Organon, Martha has previously held positions such as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Organon & Co. and HR Director for the Alps region in Switzerland and Austria at MSD. Other roles include HR Business Partner and Recruiting & Staffing Leader for Latin America at Merck & Co., as well as Sub Regional Human Resources Leader and HR Director at MSD. Martha holds a degree in Social Psychology from Universidad Central de Venezuela and an Organizational Development Specialist certification from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
