Vineet Subramony

Vineet Subramony has extensive work experience in human resources across various companies. Vineet started their career at Schneider Electric as an Associate Manager HR from July 2006 to July 2008. Subsequently, they worked at Fiserv as a Sr. HR Analyst from July 2008 to March 2010. Vineet then joined TNT as an Area Manager - Human Resource from March 2010 to May 2016, and later became the Manager Human Resources from April 2014 to May 2016.

In 2016, Subramony joined Havells India Ltd as an Assistant General Manager Human Resources from June 2016 to March 2018. Vineet then held the position of DGM - Human Resources from April 2018 to April 2021, followed by being the Joint General Manager - Human Resources from April 2021 to April 2023. Then, they served as the General Manager Human Resources from April 2023 to August 2023.

Currently, Vineet Subramony is working as the Head HRBP at Orient Electric from August 2023 onwards.

Vineet Subramony completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English from Ramjas College Delhi University between the years 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Denobili School CFRI - Dhanbad in 1999-2000, where they focused on Commerce.

Vineet then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR) from IILM from 2003 to 2005.

Furthermore, Vineet Subramony obtained multiple certifications to enhance their professional skills. Vineet acquired Talent Management certification from Middle Earth HR in December 2022. In November 2015, they completed MBTI certification from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Additionally, they obtained a Behaviour Train the Trainer certification from the British Council in New Delhi, India, also in November 2014. In the same month and year, they completed Leadership Trainer OLP 1 & OLP 2 Change Management certification from TNT India Pvt Ltd. Finally, in November 2014, Vineet Subramony acquired Thomas profiling certification from Thomas International.
