Dr. Sharon Floyd

Dr. Sharon Floyd has a strong background in talent management, human resources, and learning and development. Dr. Sharon has worked in various industries, including medical device manufacturing, education, aerospace, finance, and non-profit financial services.

Their experience includes roles such as Sr. Director of Global Talent Management at Orthofix, where they were responsible for setting the strategic direction and implementing talent management efforts. Dr. Sharon also served as the Director of Talent Management at SeaSpine, where they designed and launched a 3-year Talent Management Road Map.

Dr. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
