Nikita Pisal

Nikita Pisal has a diverse work experience in the fields of software quality assurance, biomedical engineering, research assistance, and quality assurance intern technician. They started working at Orthogonal in 2019, where they held the roles of Senior Quality Management Analyst and Software QA Lead. At ImmersiveTouch, Inc., Nikita worked as a Biomedical Engineer from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they were involved in various tasks such as assisting with regulatory submissions, constructing test plans and protocols, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems and medical device regulations. Before that, Nikita worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018. In 2015, they had an internship at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital as a Quality Assurance Intern Technician, where they provided technical support and supervised equipment testing and maintenance. Their early work experience includes a role as a Junior Research Assistant at Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, where they worked on developing a non-invasive vein detection system based on near-infrared imaging. They collaborated with a team to make the device portable and wrote code for image acquisition and processing.

Nikita Pisal completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College in the years 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued and achieved a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2016 to 2018.
