Manuela Oliveira

Manuela Oliveira is an experienced civil engineer and project coordinator with a robust background in retail and healthcare projects. Currently serving as Coordenadora at ORTOGONAL - Engenharia e Gestão Lda. since April 2014, Manuela has successfully managed projects such as the expansion of Norteshopping and the renovation of educational buildings. Previous roles include managing construction projects for the Centro Comercial Allegro and providing specialized training in asbestos handling at EQS. Manuela has also held positions in estate evaluation and project supervision, contributing to urban building assessments and overseeing site management activities. Manuela holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, with additional qualifications in safety management and web design.
