Courtney Ellison is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Orum since March 2022, Courtney has received multiple accolades including CSM of the Year 2023 and the CSM Excellence Award for outstanding revenue retention and early renewals. Prior to this role, Courtney excelled as a Director of Sales, Events, Operations, Marketing, and Training at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, significantly increasing revenue in the startup's first year. Courtney's background includes comprehensive account management and marketing roles at various companies, including Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and Hive Beverages International Inc, where successful brand exposure strategies were implemented.
