James Cunningham

James Cunningham has over 26 years of work experience in various roles and companies. James is currently the Director and Head of Exchange Engineering at OSL since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at CoinFLEX from April 2020 to October 2020 and as the Chief Technology Officer from October 2018 to April 2020. Before joining CoinFLEX, James worked as a Senior Technologist at Coinfloor from November 2017 to October 2018. James has also worked at IV Capital as a Senior Analyst and Quant Developer in High-Frequency Trading from April 2003 to March 2013. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in the High-Frequency Trading desk from August 2000 to April 2003. James started their career as an Analyst at MUFG (formerly Tokai Bank) from November 1999 to August 2000. James also worked as an Analyst at Sema Group (now part of Atos) from September 1995 to November 1999.

James Cunningham studied Mathematics & Computer Science at the University of Leeds from 1992 to 1995. James obtained a BSc (Joint Hons.) degree during this time.
