Gaurav Bhaskar

Gaurav Bhaskar has worked in a variety of roles in the quality assurance industry. Gaurav began their career in 2006 as a Process Quality Engineer at GE Healthcare. In 2007, they moved to WIPRO Infrastructure Engineering Ltd, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2008, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Lead-Audit & Compliance. In 2012, they became a Sr.Software Quality Assurance Lead at Hospira. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Philips Respironics as a Senior Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist Quality & Regulatory. Gaurav currently works at Osler Diagnostics as a Quality Systems Manager.

Gaurav Bhaskar has a diverse educational background. Gaurav began their educational journey in 1990 at St.Aloysius Pompei School. From 1995 to 1996, they attended Nivedita School. In 1997, they moved to BHSS and completed their Higher Secondary School in 1999. Gaurav then attended St. Aloysius College, Mangalore-575003, where they obtained their Pre University in 2001. Following this, they attended N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE and obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering in 2005. In 2007, they attended The ICFAI University, Tripura and obtained their Post Graduation - Diploma in Business Management in Operations Management and Supervision in 2010.

Gaurav Bhaskar has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they obtained an Auditing to EU MDR Regulation certification from Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care. In 2016, they obtained a Certified SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2013, they obtained a Lead Auditor ISO13485 : Medical Devices Standard certification from UL. Gaurav also obtained a Aerospace Lead Auditor certification from Tata Consultancy Services, a Certified Associate Value Engineer certification from Society of American Value Engineers International, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Tata Consultancy Services, and a Master Trainer CAPA certification from Hospira.
