Rebecca Chung has extensive work experience in program and project management. Rebecca currently works as a Senior Program Manager at OSOM Products Inc. In their previous role at Commure, they developed and maintained the operational playbook for customer delivery of CommureOS. Rebecca also served as the Program Manager for Product Operations, where they directed operational initiatives across Engineering, Product, and Design departments. Before that, Rebecca worked as a Software Engineering Program Manager at Essential, where they managed feature development and testing for camera system and modem engineering teams. At Facebook, they led cross-functional initiatives for software and hardware deployment to data center infrastructure and server fleet. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master at Ericsson, coordinating feature development and testing for video player platforms. Rebecca's earlier experiences include roles as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, Symbolic Systems Program Student Advising Fellow at Stanford University, and Fencing Referee at USA Fencing. Rebecca also worked as a Business Technology Analyst Summer Scholar at Deloitte Consulting and a Symbolic Systems Research Intern at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Rebecca Chung, CSM, CSPO, has a strong education background. Rebecca graduated from Stanford University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems. Prior to that, they attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 2004 to 2008.
In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has obtained several certifications. Rebecca completed the "From Ideas to Action" course at IDEO U in October 2020. Rebecca is also a Certified Scrum Master, having obtained the certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2019. Additionally, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner, having obtained that certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2014.
