Jeff Eskew

Jeff Eskew has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jeff started their career in 2007 as a Sales Coordinator at Marriott International, where they managed meeting rooms and planned menu options. Jeff later worked at Q Hotels as a General Manager and then as a Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2014, they joined Driftwood Hospitality Management as a General Manager. Jeff has also held managerial positions at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Worth Hotels LLC, and Atlantic Hotels Group. Most recently, they worked at Kriya RevGEN as a Senior Revenue Manager before joining Lighthouse as the Director of Revenue Management Operations in 2023.

Jeff Eskew attended Texas Christian University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism. Jeff also obtained the Access Edge Coach certification from Marriott International in 2013.
