Michael Dicesare

Michael DiCesare has several years of experience in real estate finance. Michael started their career at TD as a Customer Service Representative from August 2012 to April 2016. During their time there, they received the TD Champion Award in 2014 and was recognized as one of the top performers nationally.

In 2016, they joined Otera Capital as an Analyst in Real Estate Finance, where they were responsible for analyzing and underwriting commercial real estate debt investment opportunities. Michael was later promoted to Associate in 2018 and then to Senior Associate in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director at Otera Capital, where they lead the origination, structuring, and underwriting of mid-to-large size commercial real estate debt investments.

Michael DiCesare completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have passed the CFA Level 1 examination, although no information regarding the specific month or year of obtaining the certification is available.
