Sebastien Leboeuf, MBA, has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Sebastien currently serves as the Senior Director of Credit at Otera Capital, overseeing loan compliance and conducting portfolio reviews in both Canada and the United States.

Prior to their current role, Sebastien held several key positions, including Director of Asset Management & Development at Oxford Properties Group, where they successfully stabilized a large mixed-use portfolio during the pandemic. Sebastien also served as Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions & Development at Delma Group Inc., collaborating on a stock market application and managing investment and development activities.

Sebastien gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at Fedora Intelligence Immobiliere and held dual roles as Director of Investments and Director of Risk Management at Ivanhoé Cambridge. At Ivanhoé Cambridge, they were responsible for transaction analysis, contract negotiation, and global portfolio risk oversight.

Additionally, Sebastien served as the Director of Client Services and Business Development at SNC-Lavalin Operations & Maintenance, overseeing operational performance for numerous properties and managing a large team. Sebastien Leboeuf, MBA, has a strong educational background in business. Sebastien obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from HEC Montréal in 1999. Sebastien then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Université de Sherbrooke, focusing on Finance and Business, which they successfully completed in 2007. Additionally, Sebastien furthered their education by obtaining a CBV certification in Business Valuation from York University in 2010.
