Joanie Michel

Joanie Michel, CRHA has over 30 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in various leadership roles. Joanie currently serves as Vice President, People & Culture at Otsuka Canada Pharmaceutical Inc. Prior to that, Joanie held senior positions at companies such as Orckestra Conseil Inc., Autodesk Canada, and Selection du Reader's Digest. Joanie obtained their BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University in 1988.
