Ellie Burgos-Watkinson

Ellie Burgos-Watkinson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ellie started their career in 2015 as a Client Service Analyst at Foresight Factory and worked there until 2017. Ellie then joined Walnut Unlimited as a Research Executive, where they were responsible for managing a large Voice of the Customer program. In 2018, they worked as a Research Executive at Eclipse Productions Limited on freelance basis. In 2019, Ellie joined Spill as an Operations Manager, where they focused on scaling and managing a team of freelance therapists. Ellie later became responsible for all operations at Spill, including supply side, business operations, and product operations as part of their role as an Operations employee number 4. Ellie successfully led the scaling of the remote team of therapists from 10 to 70 in just 18 months and managed various financial aspects of the business as well. In 2020, they joined Ops Stories as a Member, and in 2022, they began working as a Strategic Operations Manager at Otta.com.

Ellie Burgos-Watkinson has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Maastricht University. Ellie also participated in an exchange semester at Universitat de Barcelona, where they studied Economics and Business. Prior to their university education, Ellie attended Haberdashers Monmouth School for Girls for their high school education.
