Lance LaPorte, CCP has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, particularly in the areas of staffing, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and job evaluation. With a background in law enforcement, Lance has held various managerial positions in organizations such as Ottawa Police Service, MBNA Canada, and TD Bank Group where Lance oversaw HR programs, directed HR branch staff, and managed compensation and benefits teams.
