April Little

April Little has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. April has held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Bond Security and Director of Talent Acquisition at Bond Security. In these roles, they focused on strategic recruitment, leadership development, and organizational culture. April also founded their own company, Little Talent Group, LLC, where they provided executive career coaching services. Prior to that, they held positions at L3Harris Technologies, WilsonHCG, Grand Canyon University, Cielo Talent, and Adecco, where they gained experience in talent acquisition, training, and recruitment. April's expertise lies in identifying and nurturing leadership talent, implementing recruitment best practices, and driving organizational growth through tailored HR solutions.

April Little's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher University. April also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, April is currently pursuing certifications as a Professional Certified Executive Coach (PCC) and a Professional Certified Life Coach (PCC) through Symbiosis Coaching, with an expected completion date in 2024.
