Alina Anderson

Alina Anderson's work experience includes their current role as a Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure and SRE at Outreach, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Smartsheet from 2015 to 2021 in various roles, including Senior Technical Program Manager II and I in Observability Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering. At Smartsheet, their responsibilities involved driving cross-functional engineering initiatives, supporting metrics and logging platforms, managing technical incident management, and meeting compliance requirements. Before Smartsheet, Alina worked at SAKKAS STORE INC LTD from 2012 to 2015 as the Director of Operations, where they managed product fulfillment operations, HR administration, and marketplace expansion. Alina also owned and operated Olive and Bean from 2007 to 2009 and worked at Trader Joe's from 2000 to 2006, where they held the role of First Mate and Assistant Director of Store Operations. At Trader Joe's, they were responsible for building store culture, managing staff, overseeing operations, and leading the opening of a new store in Dayton, OH.

Alina Anderson attended Redondo Union High School from 1995 to 1999, where they did not pursue a specific field of study. Following their high school education, from 1999 to 2000, they attended El Camino College and completed general education courses.
