Bryce Mooney

Technical Support Engineer at Outreach

Bryce Mooney has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bryce started their career as an IT Intern at OncoGeneX Pharmaceuticals in 2013, where they managed tasks such as equipment decommissioning, workstation setup, and user training. In 2014, Bryce worked as a Water Polo Coach and Lifeguard at WAVE Aquatics, where they coached and assisted in the development of the water polo team.

During 2015, Bryce worked as part of the Golf Course Maintenance crew at Bellevue Municipal Golf Course, where they were responsible for various tasks, including course preparation, cleaning machinery, and collaborating in the design and construction of obstacles.

In 2016, Bryce took on the role of a Community Manager & Tech Support at Conquest Reforged, a Minecraft overhaul project, where they led community outreach efforts and managed the implementation and security of the server.

In 2017, Bryce worked for a Small Startup as a Software Development Consultant. Later that year, they joined Microsoft as a Technical Support Analyst in the 24/7 Xbox Operation Center. In this role, Bryce collaborated with teams worldwide to resolve complex software and performance issues and managed tickets and outages within allocated time standards set by Microsoft.

Most recently, Bryce joined Outreach in 2018 as a Technical Support Engineer.

Bryce Mooney completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of the Pacific from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Bryce obtained a certification as a USA Water Polo certified coach from USA Water Polo in May 2015.
