Cameron Stell

Cameron Stell has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on equity compensation structures. Cameron currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Rewards at Outreach since October 2021. Before that, they worked at Code42 as the Director of Compensation Benefits from March 2019 to October 2021, and as a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits from October 2017 to February 2019.

Prior to Code42, Stell served as an Affiliate Partner and Director of Compensation & Benefits at Vibrant Organizations from September 2015 to September 2017. During this time, they provided advisory services in compensation and benefits for new and growing organizations, specializing in developing equity compensation structures.

Earlier in their career, Stell worked at Sourcefire as the Director of Compensation Benefits & Systems from September 2009 to August 2014. In this role, they designed and implemented job grades and leveling across the organization, developed compensation policies, and gathered data for executive total rewards.

Before joining Sourcefire, Stell was a Senior Compensation Manager at Citrix Systems from March 2004 to September 2009. Their responsibilities included managing employee stock option and stock purchase programs, executive compensation benchmarking, sales incentive compensation, and compliance with reporting requirements.

Stell started their career as a Controller at TARP Worldwide from April 1996 to April 1998.
