Pamela Mattsson, CPCC, PCC, MA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pamela is currently working as the SVP People and Organizational Development at Outreach, where they are responsible for building strong and inclusive developmental experiences for all employees. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of People and Organizational Development at the same company.

Pamela also has experience as the Founder & CEO of Pamela Mattsson, Executive Coach and Intentional Culture Creator, a coaching and consulting firm they established in 2004. In this role, they partner with executives to develop their leadership skills and build inclusive human-centered cultures.

Before founding their own company, Pamela worked as the Global Head of Executive Development at Amazon from 2016 to 2020. Their responsibilities included developing the mindsets and skills required to lead innovative organizations and cultivating Amazon's unique culture. Pamela also created Amazon's first-ever executive onboarding program.

Prior to their time at Amazon, Pamela served as the Managing Partner North America at Axialent, focusing on leadership and culture development. Pamela was also a Front of the Room Leader at The Coaches Training Institute from 2008 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Pamela owned Meaningful Meals, Inc., a catering and leadership service that catered to corporate and pharmaceutical companies. Pamela also worked as the National Sales Manager at Delance Swiss Watches and as the Executive Vice President and Community Relations Manager at Atlanta Area Psychological Associates.

Pamela Mattsson, CPCC, PCC, MA has a diverse education history that includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Business Management from Georgia State University, obtained between the years 1990 and 1994. Pamela later pursued their interest in executive coaching, earning their Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from The Coaches Training Institute in 2007. Additionally, Pamela holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University. Pamela has further enhanced their coaching skills by obtaining various certifications, including being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation in 2008. Pamela also became a Daring Way and Rising Strong Certified Consultant through The Daring Way, LLC in 2014. Other certifications obtained by Pamela include Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator, Hogan Certified Debriefer, Immunity to Change Certified Coach and Consultant, LSI/OCI accreditation from Human Synergistics, and The Leadership Circle Profile certification from The Leadership Circle.
