Igor Najdenovski

Igor Najdenovski has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Igor started their career at Expedia Group as a Lodging Partner Associate III before transitioning into roles such as Hotel Systems Tech Support Analyst, Senior Technical Support Analyst, Command Center Sr. System Analyst, and Senior Systems Integration Analyst. During their time at Expedia, Igor was responsible for supporting connectivity vendors, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with different teams to address technical and business challenges.

Following their tenure at Expedia, Igor joined Oracle as a Product Owner and Product Manager. Igor played a crucial role in overseeing three Scrum teams and managing core functionalities on the Oracle Bronto Marketing platform, including sending email and SMS, managing CRM workflows and segments, and handling reporting and analytics.

After their stint at Oracle, Igor joined GoodData as a Technical Product Manager, where they collaborated with the Product Management team to define and prioritize milestones and user use-cases. Igor also worked closely with the UX team to design product features and served as a Product Owner for the UI team based in Vietnam.

Igor then moved on to Microsoft, where they worked as a Technical Program Manager II. In this role, they were part of the Fundamentals Performance team, focusing on improving memory consumption, building and maintaining internal portals for automated tests, troubleshooting memory and performance issues, and managing the physical lab for performance testing.

Most recently, Igor embarked on a new venture as the Founder of CBD Joy, a company specializing in CBD products. Overall, Igor Najdenovski has gained a wealth of experience in product management, technical support, and system integration throughout their career.

Igor Najdenovski has a Master's Degree in System Engineering and Informatics, which they obtained from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Computer Technology from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola from 2009 to 2012.

Igor continued their education by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Engineering at Tomas Bata University in Zlín from 2014 to 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Igor Najdenovski is a PMC Level II Certified (Foundation & Focus) in Product Management, obtained from Pragmatic Institute in June 2020. Igor is also a Splunk Certified User 6.x, obtained from Splunk in February 2018, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), obtained from Scrum Alliance in September 2017.
