Ivana Milićević

Ivana Milićević has work experience in the field of technical support and journalism. Ivana currently works as a Technical Support Engineer for Outreach, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked for NCR Corporation in multiple roles, including Technical Support Analyst from July 2020 to October 2021, Information Technology Support Technician from January 2019 to August 2021, and Help desk representative from January 2016 to January 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Television Journalist for TV Pancevo from May 2008 to August 2015.

Ivana Milićević holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Hispanic Literature from the Faculty of Philology Belgrade. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Learning ITIL® from LinkedIn in July 2019 and Outlook 2016: Efficient Email Management from LinkedIn in January 2019.
