Nicole Conley has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles.

Nicole began their career in 2012 at Gonzaga University, where they served as the Student Assistant Retreat Coordinator for Gonzaga University Ministry and as the Community Events Chair for the Gonzaga Student Body Association. In these roles, they gained experience in event planning, budgeting, and marketing.

In 2012, they also worked as an Assistant Swim Team Coach for the City of Spokane.

From 2012 to 2013, Nicole worked as the Activities Coordinator for the Gonzaga University Campus Kids Mentoring Program. Nicole managed a group of 40 children and mentors, planned weekly activities, and developed their skills in people management.

Nicole joined Salesforce in 2013 and held the role of Customer Success Manager for the Pardot product line. Nicole provided clients with product and services support, handled inquiries about marketing automation best practices, and focused on ensuring client success.

From 2014 to 2016, they were a Manager of Customer Success for Salesforce, where they managed a team based in the West Coast and Asia Pacific regions. Their responsibilities included providing one-on-one support, training, and assistance with client engagements.

In 2016, Nicole joined PayScale, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Manager of Customer Success, Senior Manager of Customer Success - SMB & Scale, and Senior Manager of Customer Success Strategy. Their responsibilities included overseeing customer lifecycle, implementing customer success strategies, and developing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Nicole worked at Outreach as a Customer Revenue Operations Manager, and later as the Senior Customer Revenue Operations Manager. Nicole leveraged automation and artificial intelligence to increase efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market activities and personnel across the revenue cycle. Additionally, they were responsible for sales engagement, revenue intelligence, and revenue operations functionalities.

Throughout their career, Nicole has gained experience in customer success, operations management, team leadership, and event planning.

Nicole Conley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Gonzaga University between 2009 and 2013. Their major areas of study included Human Resources, International Business, and Public Relations. In addition to their degree, Nicole also obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant from Salesforce in October 2014.
